The staff was so helpful. Knowing my son needed a nap, they allowed us early check-in. The hotel is located very near to a mall. Nice for a short getaway.

Been staying this hotel several times. This is my 1st experience booking this Everly via app. Usually booking been done directly via hotel. And it's surprised me, I've been mingle room, like what? Bed is hard not comfy as usual.

Great place. Room is spacious and clean. Near Alamanda shopping centre can just walk there too. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool a bit small but the gym is fantastic. Love the breakfast and overall experience.

Very old style hotel. Charging port got problem. Charge my phone very slow. Every plug same. And the bed bottom got some tissue didn't clean up when check in. Very disappoint with this 4 star hotel?

Very smooth check in and check out even though many people were checking in. Got upgraded. Very big and clean room. Kudos to the Malay guy (forgot his name) at checking in counter for making the process faster and smooth.

I have been stayed in 3 different rooms. 1. Executive Room 402 (City view)-the room got ants on the table & bed. Need to do pest control. 2. Got change to Jr. Suite 601 (lake view)-room is very good. But need to refurbish on all wood panel. 3. Extended to 2 nights to Twin bed 1221 (lake view)-quite small room, need also refurbish all wood panel. Overall was OK.
