Wonderful Hotel with very spacious suites. Very comfortable and pleasant. Strategically located in the center, just 3 mins walk to Komtar bus terminal, and to the malls nearby. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thanks!

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
General Check-in Instructions
A Local Government Fee of RM2.00 per room per night is required from 01 July 2022 onwards and will be collected from guests upon check-in.
If a sofa bed is required for a 3rd person, it will be subject to a minimum charge of RM 60 nett per room per night. At the same time, the extra bed is chargeable RM 100nett per room per night. This is only applicable to all rooms in Aurum Wing, except for the Razzle Two-bedroom Suite and the charges will be collected by the hotel upon arrival.
We are pleased to inform you that our swimming pool has been refreshed with new tiles, giving it a brand-new look. Please note that the operational hours of our Mirage Pool Deck remain unchanged, from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

The staff is very friendly. Thank you miss, for waking me up in the afternoon to look for food to break the fast. Deposit before staying, can be cash or cc. Close to the mosque, gama, 1st avenue mall. The room is very spacious, there is a dining table. I will definitely stay here again. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I came back to stay here again for the second time. It is convenient to travel and near the shopping mall. The reception staff is very good. The room is spacious, clean, and private. I am impressed every time I stay here. I will come back again.

13th floor is very noisy as 14th floor are the gyms and pools. Don't choose room near emergency exits, as employees uses it often. I can hear the banging doors through out the day. But other than that, its a pleasant stay

The location is close to everywhere especially the weekend Hins market. If you want to travel to other places, its very easy to get a grab. Check in process was smooth too. The room is spacious for a suite. My only concern was the ants that come through the windows/wall cracks in the bathroom. Other than that, everything is great

My honeymoon here is awesome. Located in the center of the city. The pool view is amazing <3 the room is so nice and the staffs also helpful to help us with early check in and recommend us good activities around. Thank you

Booked a room for a short staycation in the city and everything was easy on the eyes. Rooms are exactly if not better than photographed. My only issue is someone may have entered my room by accident in the morning. I was half asleep but was pretty certain I heard some noise. Emailed the hotel but no response received.

I have check out on 06.30 am, and I havent receive the cash deposit myr 200 with the reason that my deposit didn't recorded at the hotel ' s system. The hotel promise me to contact by wa and pay the deposit. But the management havent call me yet.

Good location. No late check-out available. Comfortable room for families with good amenities. The room is beside automated parking building so there will sometime be sound of machine rumbling even past midnight. The smaller bathroom is quite smaller and can use an extra hanger for towels and such to avoid clutter. Overall comfortable stay.

Staying 4 nights in the razzle suite room. The room was very spacious and comfy, with living room and sofa bed. The location is very strategic, you just need to walk to find hawker center and also mall. Great decoration for Christmas.

We paid for breakfast with not cheap price. The result we got its not breakfast like we have in 3 stars hotel. You can only choose 1 dish and 1 beverage. And the price is below what we paid, since the price of this cafe was written there. And you need to go out from the hotel since it was a local cafe. We paid for 4 stars breakfast and we got local cafe food. Who's fault is this? Will not come back. Its better to stay in another 3 stars hotel with breakfast you can eat all you want, with cheaper price and no need to walk through the parking area. If you only booked for the room, its okay. Never booked for breakfast!

The entrance to parking lot is way too narrow and there ' s car park along the side of the road making it even more narrow for any car that wanna go in for parking or for passengers to alight.
