1- when you check in this hotel makesure, aircond is cold, water is not clogged in the toilet, the bedsheet is clean! 2- your son not drink her chocolate milk on the bed, or otherwise u'll be fine rm50 if stained their bedsheet

Very old & dusty. Check in process was long. Same goes to check out. The worst thing was, there were a lot of sharp pins / nails coming out of worn off carpet on the floor. I have reported this to the front counter officer, he claimed that it could be items/stuffs brought & left by the previous guest. I replied to him that the pins were from the worn off floor carpet. He then went silent. Traumatizing experience.

The location is good, but the room is no longer comfortable, the toilet is broken, many lights are dead, broken light bulbs, the elevator is old, the atmosphere of the furniture is old (outdated).

It was actually moderate. But since there are only Awesome and Unsatisfying button to choose from, I have to click Unsatisfying. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. The unsatisfying was actually for the room itself. Bathroom was quite bad. The bidet was leaking. Toilet floor was wet upon me checking-in. Aircond was not really working. I did inform front desk and they did come (when I was out). I knew because they fix the aircond dial which was almost coming out from the wall. Well, for the price I paid, it's acceptable. Again, I wish the bathroom can be fixed.

tv not working.. air conditioner tak sejuk. toilet sumbat kat tempat air keluar (lantai). only good is price at app for a night before Christmas eve. pool was satisfied.

I was given a room that belongs to other people, it was embarrassing to open the door and someone was there, lying comfortably on the bed. Was given another room that surprisingly old and the toilet.. I don't know how the housekeeping did their job but it was dirty. Totally not recommended..

I don't know whether they change the bed sheet or not because I can see too many yellow stain on my bed sheet. Also there’s no mini fridge in my room. however, the service at the counter was good.
