Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, the property are near to city centre walkable to famous food area Jalan Alor and Pavillion, definitely will back again for my next visit😊

fast check in-out process & need deposit RM 150. close to food places and public transport. what needs to be remembered if staying more than 1 day there is no room cleaning & towel replacement etc. there are also no mineral bottles. but cooking equipment, washing machine etc are fully available.

The hotel reception staff at check-in were very slow and sluggish and played around with the price when we asked for an upgrade while the Traveloka price was cheaper than the one requested by CS. The price was unreasonable and did not use logic when opening the price.

staff very friendly, allowed to leave luggage even though it's not check in time, likewise when checking out still allowed to leave luggage. Large room, big bed too. There is a washing machine to wash clothes, also there is a kitchen and dining utensils🙏🏻
