The Apartment is so good, near Alor's night market,Bukit Bintang mrt station, also the best Moon Beef Roti, all you can do by foot. the room quite big, clean and complete. also the affordable prices. I will recommend this place to my colleague and family for sure. 5 stars for this accomodation.

Perfect for families. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel offers complete amenities and friendly staff. Most importantly, the area around the hotel is full of shops that are open late, and it's easy to get around. This is our second stay here.

Last year we also stayed here.. and now we are staying here again.. how can we not come back again... because it is very comfortable here.. the room is clean, all the equipment is complete, the view is nice.. close to Alor, Pavilion, Pataling Street.. room S25-11 is the best... next year if I go to KL again I want to stay here again... thanks Robertson...

It's still walking distance from Bukit Bintang. The room was quite comfortable and clean. There were a few stains on the curtains, but we didn't mind. The amenities were just missing a toothbrush. Small but thoughtful. A charger adapter was provided because I forgot my own, which was very useful. There's a gym and swimming pool. The registration process was easy, and our deposit was immediately refunded upon check out. Overall, it's okay, not as bad as the reviews I've read.

Quite slow action and so less smiles from the front dest staff who in charge when we are came on 7 Dec 2025 (the one using hijab). A bit delay on check in, promised on 15.00 as per their in-house regulation but end up getting the key on 15.30

Wow, the location is really strategic.. you can walk everywhere.. there is MRT, LRT, bus.. the room is spacious enough for 5 people (I only stayed with 3).. the room is clean.. there is a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, iron, hair dryer.. very complete.. friendly service.. really worth staying here..

Staying here is nice, close to everywhere, the swimming pool is also nice and big. Just a little input on the cleanliness of the room, under the sofa is a bit dirty, but the other parts are okay, I really like it.

I’m really unhappy with the condition of this homestay. The toilet is very dirty and unhygienic — it’s clearly not up to basic standards. This is not what was promised, the room had very bad smelling.
