Had one of the best staycation ever. Flexi check in and check out time really gave us so much more time to relax and enjoy the hotel as we don’t have to rush in / rush out. Everyone in the hotel are so polite and the interior design are detailed and classy.

One of the best hotel in KLCC which the location in the middle of pavilion & Suria KLCC I love the design of the rooms & very comfortable feel like home all the staff are really helpful & the best service I got enjoy the breakfast if you stay here

A versatile cosy bedroom, intelligent layout and abundance of light made even better use of the space. The bathroom absolutely gorgeous, featuring beautiful stand alone copper sinks. The complimentary minibar was amongst the best in the room include the nespresso machine to be the same make as the one I saw at my fav coffee shop, which was a nice coincidence. Concept, facilities, room and services top 5/5. But honestly I never wanted to leave the hotel; such is the allure of the The Ruma hostmannship. I will make sure I'll come again.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective 1 January 2023, Tourism Tax of MYR10 flat rate per room per night will be imposed to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysia Identity Card or valid permanent residents Malaysian PR card will be exempted from the tax.
Child Policy: Maximum one child below 11 years of age sharing a room at no extra charge (room only). Children occupying their own room will be charged full rates for accommodation and breakfast. A la carte children's menu available in outlets. Baby cots available on request, subject to availability. Extra beds are subject to availability and can only be added to selected room categories. The charges for a rollaway bed are as follows: MYR100.00+ / MYR108.00 nett per night for a child (0-11 years) and MYR200.00+ / MYR216.00 nett per night for an adult (12 years and above), including complimentary breakfast. Maximum one rollaway bed per room.

The stay was OK but not memorable. The hotel is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't say professional for a luxury hotel. Breakfast had a little bit of everything but you will not be spoilt for choice.

Wonderful stay. Staffs are helpful during check in and check out. Went for the breakfast with sorts of varieties. Must say the room functionality was questioned, so I called the receptionist and she was able to guide me through the blinds and the bidet. Pleasant stay, near pavilion just a short walk to the escalators. All the best for RuMa!

I would say, everything is top notch! As a 5-star hotel, although the premise is not big, it has every service that we need at very affordable price. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is great and most of the staff are very kind and attentive. You really get what you see from the pictures. This is the place that definitely I will choose for my next stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Cozy, bersih, energi positives ketika masuk ke lobby, breakfast enak dan bisa request menu-menu toast and egg omelette, deket ke KLCC Suria, bisa diakses dengan jalan kaki, ke Pavillion bisa jalan kaki, kalo naik grab juga cuma sekitar 6RM deket. Dapat welcome drink dan macaroons yang unik. Love it 🥰

The RuMa Hotel and Residences yang bagus, modern dan bersih, staff nya oke, dekat dengan pavilion hanya jalan kaki ke kiri lalu naik lift, cuma 1 aja yang kurang agak jauh dari keramaian, misalnya hanya keluar beli minum apa sev*n11 jauh.

The room was spacious and beds are really comfy, we enjoyed the wide selection of food choices during breakfast too. I emailed the hotel to request for a baby cot way in advance before my trip but when I reached there I was told that they ran out of baby cot. Hotel staff tried their best to look for a baby cot for us despite the peak season and we really appreciated it. Thank you for the good service!

Requested cot and they provided with toddler toiletries set too. Such thoughtfulness. Requested for simple birthday deco, and they provided complimentary one! Room super clean and spacious too. Hotel staff were so friendly and thoughtful too. Breakfast was yums.

Hotel yang termasuk masih baru di sekitar Suria KLCC. Kamar bagus, sarapan cukup oke, kolam renang bagus. Service bagus. Tapi sayang kalo pesen delivery food, ga bisa titip di concierge, harus kita yang turun langsung ambil makanannya.
