if you are looking for a hotel with the best view of Petronas, Traders is the choice. The view is direct without being blocked by any buildings. You can see the KLCC Suria mall and the park right away. The bed is comfortable, the sofa bed is also spacious. From the hotel to Aquaria KLCC, you can access it directly down without getting hot. If you want to go to KLCC Suria Mall, you can walk through the building or outside the building, or take a buggy car provided free of charge by the hotel. There will be a waiting area for the buggy, just press the button provided and the buggy will come immediately. Here, we can also use GrabFood or GrabMart, we can leave it at the concierge downstairs. There are dispensers in each floor hallway.

The staff and manager on duty on 7 Dec 2024 was very friendly and I able to check-in early. Good environment and clean. Breakfast food was delicious. Definitely will stay again.

The best hotel in KLCC area. 1 building with KLCC. To Suria KLCC, golf cars are provided. Friendly service. And rooms with an amazing tower view. Can view the entire Petronas. If I go to KL, I will stay here again.

Breakfast doesn't have much protein, there's no real meat, the chicken is small, there should be more Malay menus. There is a buggy car to KLCC, or you can go via KLCC park which is nice and clean. Sports and jogging are great at KLCC Park. The amenities are just ordinary, nothing special. Very strategic location, good service.

Overall, the experience was good. However, there were a few issues. The check-in was delayed to 530PM with the excuse that the room was not yet clean. Additionally, the service staff member, Hannis or Hennis, mentioned they would call us for check-in, but we never received any call. We returned to the hotel around 5:10PM, possibly after a shift change, and it appears there was no communication among colleagues to follow up with us. Consequently, we were left waiting outside for two hours cuase room not ready. Despite these issues, everything else was satisfactory.
