From the moment we drove up to the property, we were greeted warmly by the personnel and throughout our stay, the same warm hospitality was consistently delivered by everyone! from Mr T (the security man who welcomed us at the entrance), to Nash (front reception who checked us in) right upto Mokles (who took care of our luggage, etc). Have to admit, having everyone greet and smile all the time was a great experience; something you don'y quite get anymore in Malaysian hotels. we were pleasantly surprised at the level of attention we were getting from everyone working at the Haven (even from those tending the lush greenery and gardens). Service was definitely 5 Stars and 'above and beyond' the usual which made our stay-memorable! facilities, ambiance, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities-all superb as well! We would definitely head here again in future for a relaxing, tranquil and stress-free holiday! Glad to see an establishment that takes care of its employees which is translated to a well managed and maintained world-class facility. Everyone I spoke too had great things to say about their employer. Only note for improvement-maybe more signage for parking or where to park based on where the rooms are.

gorgeous and mesmerizing view! the pool is huge, with jacuzzi as well..the suite is well equipped with coway and basic necessities. will definitely come again!

Please repair the kids slide, pools slide cement coroded and grow with greenish fungus, water pump not functioning.

We enjoyed the view of nature but not the stayed. Bedroom lights was not working and the rooms not well maintained. Bathtub and bathroom not cleaned and dirty.

Floor very dirty and sticky, my feet are black when step into the unit, curtain is dusty and smelly, toilet drain blocked and flooded inside bathroom.
