bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean location is next to Gleneagles Hospital easy to access to other area only order grab car breakfast is ok with variant menu after all this hotel is superb convenience and worth the price!

Exceeded our expectation, big and spacious room, free sodas and chocolates, awesome view from our room although the room is a bit dimmed and dark. friendly and helpful hotel staff special thanks to Lyka (front office) and Amirul for assisting us specially for recommending places to visit rhru HOHO bus! Great Local food also during breakfast!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. ========================================================= Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. *Local Council Tax will be exempted from July 1 to December 31, 2020.* ========================================================== A mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMDC) effective from September 2017. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted from paying this tax with valid proof or ID presented at front desk upon check-in. *Tourism tax will be exempted from July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.*
Security Deposit: The guest will be require a security deposit upon check in at RM100 per night up to maximum RM300.

The room is spacious, but the shower is the main problem. It is a clogged shower head and has low water pressure. The staff is friendly, especially the concierge staff very helpful. He helped us move our luggage from the car and bring it directly to our room.

Nice hotel and the price is also reasonable. Very close to Gleneagle Hospital for doing medical check up. The room is also clean and spacious. Just needs a little more maintenance.

The location is very close to Gleneagles Hospital, but it's a bit difficult to find food, the service is just so-so. The amenities are not complete, there are no sandals, toilet paper and tissue in the room are not refilled.

The hotel is near Gurney area and you can walk to latest Guyney Bay Park and can enjoy nice view. Cross the road you can have some good food with sea view. The room is clean

I always stay here for my medical visits in Penang. We only need to walk 8 minutes to reach Gleneagles Hospital, and Wellings is conveniently located right beside the hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious too!
