We Hotel

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash deposit: MYR 50.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: MYR 2.00 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Government-issued photo identification and a cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• This property accepts cash

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.

This property is closed from November 18 2022 to November 21 2024 (dates subject to change). This property will be closed from October 29 2022 to November 21 2024 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
