Beautiful hotel but very noisy! Can hear the guests from other room ( screaming kids at 2am playing and being hysterical..), echoes from hallway and the loud motorway. Very accomodating staff though, helpful and with the room issues they sorted it swiftly (shower was not working, sink was blocked). Also.. we were short of and waiting for towels everyday... was a literal towel hunt as we had 4 people in our room! Loved our experience still.. the spa was beautiful.. breakfast was a good selection.

Worst hotel, Not recommended at all. Room service terrible. We booked family room and they gave us triplet room and when I complain,they change it. hot water not coming. Room heating not working. No staff understand english.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Filthy (just one example inn pic below), rude, stench was putrid, food gave me an infection (5 days on medication). Staff nice(ish) Management aggressive, & rude. Hotel needs a massive upgrade, and a proper general manager. Nice location

Although the rooms did not have wifi, you could use the slow internet in the lobby.

This hotel can do with major updates, the first room we got was dark and on ground floor there was a old black banana stuck behind the tv,we moved the next morning rooms second room was ok showers can do with major updates pool was freezing cold, staff are freindly and do try to help but the hotel needs overall updating all around. The breakfast was the nicest thing there.

I was a solo traveler, i guess this made thim think they can take things from me and i will forget... they treated me so rudely. A young individual from the stuff will come to you at while you having a sun bath just to disturb you. They do stupid staff to customers. Others around the area are bigger and nicer, plus similar prices.

Very worrying that the hotel photocopy passports and keep the copies “in a folder” indefinitely (we asked about their data protection and retention policy). Fair enough if they want to keep records of the visa entry numbers, but the obtaining and retaining of passport copies is unnecessary and despicable.
The range of breakfast could have been better (and fresher) - as vegetarians, we struggled to find options, which was disappointing.
The staff could be more prompt at fixing maintenance issues.

The porters were kind and friendly. Reception ladies were lovely. Hotel is nice for families. The hotel does not warn you that if you take an excursion with them the driver would still want a 200 dirham tip and so did our guide. Be prepared to pay so have extra cash on hand.
