Great location!! Easy walking distance to many tourist attractions, museums, etc. Very quiet, despite being in the middle of everything. We'll stay here again!!

I was very happy and would probably stay there again when coming to Amsterdam. It is easy walking distance to multiple attractions from stores and restaurants. I read that a number of hotels in the area had problems with temperature regulation and noise. This was not a problem. There was a thermostat in the room. The hotel is on a small Street which is only accessible via bicycle or pedestrians, so there was no traffic noise. If someone has mobility issues and can't walk a block with their luggage, this would not be the right place for them. The room and shower sre small as I've seen in multiple European hotels, but those were not problems for me. Continental breakfast wast standard, not fantastic, not bad.
It's a short tram ride from the central Amsterdam Station. If you prefer to take a taxi, I would suggest Uber. Multiple taxis told me they did not have a meter and quoted me prices two to four times greater than the cost of an Uber.

Didn’t like that the taxi from the airport who put my suite case on the sidewalk and I had to take it over two bike lanes and two trolly lanes and then down the walkway to the hotel not the hotels fault but was a bad first impression leaving hotel was much better experiences,

Friendly, helpful staff and clean pretty room. The rain shower was the best part but the breakfast was also very nice. My only complaint was the noise. It was very loud at night.

Very convenient location for the price. About 15 mins walk from the central station and about 5 mins away from Dam Square with a ton of shopping, food and drink options nearby. The bedroom was reasonable, but the bathroom was a bit cramped due to location of structural features of the old building. Bottom line for us, a reasonably priced, safe, secure and comfortable hotel near the center of everything.

Without the hotel was a great deal for being in the Amsterdam. We love the Italian restaurant next-door and eat there twice as a matter fact in the location was really great. The problem was it seems like there’s a lot of trash and the streets of Amsterdam so I know that’s not under your control.
