Staff went above and beyond during our stay for our honeymoon, will definitely be returning couldn’t be happier and did not want to leave. Lovely clean rooms lots of space definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, also kindly gifted us some lovely cake and drinks for our celebrations. Can’t wait to return !

For this money we could have had a much better place.
Rome are really small beds are not comfortable. There is not place to open and store suit cases.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. There are many things that need to be fixed and paid attention to. I spoke to the front desk and they were appreciative of my feedback and according to the manager, those areas will be addressed. I found the staff to be wonderful.

This was the perfect location for access to the train station and other neighborhoods. The check in was good, the concierge could not have been nicer, and the complimentary water was very appreciated. I wish I knew about the ongoing construction...but it was ok.

This hotel is having a large refurbishment reception is in basement. Room access is poor. There is no natural light, even in our room which looked out on the work taking place. Emergency exits were not clearly marked due to the work in hand. There was no sign of a staircase should the lifts fail. Really disappointing especially as it was premium price.

Under construction at the time we were there which was a little inconvenient but the staff were wonderful, especially the concierge staff - made all the difference in our stay. Located within 10 mins of Amsterdam Centraal station. It is easy to take the tram to Museum square and other locations, but there is also a lot to see in the local area.

The hotel is under heavy construction. It shouldn't be open. Hotels.com is refusing to refund my payment even after Patrick at the front desk agreeing to it when I went in person.

Comfortable bed and linens. Room was a bit crowded. and hard to move around - barely room around the bed. Breakfast area was crowded. Carpet seemed old with spots. Some noise during the day due to current hotel construction. Within walking distance of the Central Station. Great concierge service.
