Stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had a kitchen, living room/dining and a separate toilet. The room is clean and spacious and walking distance down to the lake through a park ... although this involves walking up the hill on the return trip. Our room was on the lower level so there was no view, just the gravel car park although the rooms above would look over the mountains. Ruby in reception was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a one night stay after returning to the property after doing the routeburn track.
It was comfortable and convenient.
A couple of minor issues (lounge light didn’t work and one room key didn’t work) but overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a nice stay. The motel was close to the main area and lakeside of Queenstown.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable though a bit dated.
We were able to store our luggage for when we returned after doing the routeburn track which was helpful (though there was some confusion on reception’s part in whether they were still providing this or not - do check beforehand).

It's a solid place to stay for a few days with a large room and an adequate kitchen. The bed was a little too soft/plush for us. The furniture, carpet and tile were clean but could use some updating

This was a great base for a stay in Queenstown. Check in and checkout was easy and flexible, and bag storage was available. Amenities were good. The only negative was that it was easy to hear everything around you including next door, tour buses arriving in the early hours and nearby roadworks during the night.
