This was a great room for a longer term stay. Cooking, dishwasher and clothes washer available in room. Although located out of town, was close to airport with a spectacular view of the Remarkables and the location was great to avoid the traffic congestion in town. Parking is limited, but we were lucky enough to get onsite parking each day of our stay. Worst case scenario, there is paid parking directly behind the hotel for a reasonable cost $10. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the facilities provided.

The property is a good place and we enjoyed the stay. However, parking is a challenge as there are not enough spaces. Also the place didn’t have enough face cloths. I would recommend carrying your own.

Hotel was great! Location is a bit from central Queenstown but an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Its also close to the airport and other shopping in the area and near the river for convenient walks along the riverside.

Fantastic view of mountains. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge.
Limited parking, so had to go to public paid car park one day - but was made aware of this prior to arrival. Difficult as nowhere really to stop(legally!!) and drop off your bags
Very close to airport. Walkable to local supermarket/eateries.
About 20 mins drive to Queenstown

I was deeply disappointed by the extremely rude attitude of the receptionist. I only asked a polite question about something I didn’t understand, but she responded in a condescending and pressuring manner. It completely ruined my trip, which I had been looking forward to.

Great hotel! This property is situated on the other side of the lake from town. So the atmosphere is a bit more laidback and the surrounding is beautiful! Rooms are super clean and modern. I just wish the breakfast area was open and had windows! Felt claustrophobic.

The quality of room and room type did not match description. Staff were rude and date of booking did not match mine or expedia's. Staff clearly treat expedia's clients as second rate. I will not be returning
