Need to put sign up directing people to lift from underground car park. I struggled to lift my suitcase up the steps

The bathroom had poor lighting, my husband found it very hard to see what he was doing when shaving. there was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived, when using the shower the water flooded the floor onto the carpet area. the coffee machine leaked water from inside somewhere.

Decent accommodation however room was fairly knocked around. Easy walk to town. Staying as a family - couch only seated 2 so that was a bit annoying. Nice enough stay as was out and about lots anyway :)

We had a sensational stay in Queenstown! What a fabulous city. As we have two children an apartment was ideal for us as they are fussy eaters! The apartment is super spacious and has stunning views over the lake as well as being a short walk to town around 2-5 minutes.
Now to the hotel, beautiful Lana on the front desk was so lovely and kind. The apartments are old and a lot of things need upgrading and replacing such as the mattresses that are sagging. However she did try to move us but ultimately we chose to stay as the hotel was full. It’s hard when each apartment has individual owners as some may be more open to maintaining and upgrading whereas other owners want to do the bear minimum so I really empathise with the varied standard levels between the apartments. Also it said on our booking there was a sauna and hot tub which there is not, so if management can audit these details that would be good 😊
It looks like the Rydges is getting a renovation so we might try there next time or maybe stay in Arrowtown which is so charming. I look forward to returning to stunning Queenstown again.

Enjoyed the Spacious and luxurious stay in a garden suite with breakfast buffet. Walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk and very convenient. Highly recommend.

The proximity to shops and restaurants is good. Cleanliness of the rooms not good. View from the second floor of rooms is disappointing due to the building in front. Gardens beautiful Floors and kitchen were never cleaned. Dirty dishes left. Disappointing. Only one night did they do a turn down service. Not sure if we would revisit. Reception staff were good
