The staff was amazing! The room was giant and comfortable. There was a crack in my sink, no big deal - it didn't leak- and some noticeable patchwork on walls. I think my only complaint would be of the clear glass window in the bathroom. I'd frost that or get some blinds for it. I'm pretty sure I flashed some folks in the beiboring hotel!

We loved our view from the bedroom ranch sliders… down to pool & out to the Picton Harbour.
Would love level 3, room 304 again !!!
Was surprised how warm the pool was!

A great spot on the waterfront. High ceilings and a huge balcony make it a must stay place in picton. Carpark space was large enough for a big suv. Well equiped kitche (just bring some cooking oil). Good sized bedrooms. Great double height lounge space.

Bed was terrible, big dips on both sides.
Booked a sea view room, when we checked into the room, we found a tree blocking most of the sea view. Could only see a sea view if you stood at the very edge of the room. Luckily one other sea room was still available, and we were allowed to change rooms.

Just up from the Interislander ferry and right on top of some good cafes and bars in town.
We had an excellent and in expensive dinner which did impress us.
Large comfortable rooms with small balconies but we had the only tree right in front of us, so couldn’t see the marina!
Other wise a suitable start point for a tour of the South Island

This was a great place for us to stay as a group of 5. The continental breakfast was good. The rooms comfortable. My only reservation on giving it 5 stars is that our shower has mold growing between the tiles. We would stay here again however.

Arrived here and ferry was cancelled. Checked and and changed ferry and had to leave. No refund available. I blame the ferry service but not option to refund room.

Perfect place for our stop over in Picton. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We caught the late night ferry across from Wellington. As this was outside receptoon hours, we received a text detailing the code for the door and how to get our key. Instructuons with our key were very useful. We would definitely stay again.
