Scenic Suites Queenstown

Good location as lake,restaurants etc were in easy walking distance. Good underground parking, Extremely comfortable bed! Room was spacious and nicely furnished.

The rooms were excellent. I had 2 rooms for 3 days but they did not oblige to my request to extend the check out time on one of the rooms for just few hrs

The staff are amazing!

This location was at the top of the hill above the busy Queenstown CBD area, which was convenient for us. We had a balcony with partial views of the lake and seating, but as it rained every day, we never got a chance to use the (wet) chairs. The restaurant was good for our arrival as we were exhausted after 28 hr traveling. There is a fitness center that was decently equipped but quite small. Saw a hot tub but it was covered and didn’t find out how/when it was available. As we are active and fit, was great for us but might not recommend this place for those with limited mobility as the multiple building layout could be tricky to get around.

Beds & linen were AMAZING ! Stayed in room with 2 x double beds. Lovely front desk staff !

I booked a lake view room for 1 night stay. I asked to have an early check in so I could park my car and they gladly got a room ready, and SURPRISE somehow they got me a free room upgrade to a balcony room, what a magical view and room with a big bed and kitchen and tv. Service was excellent and the staff, forgot the girls name but she was there 1pm on November 21st massive shout out everyone that day! The room was amazing, the hotel entrance is beautiful and relaxing. The main hotel hallways were iffy, it can be confusing and the staircases needed improvement and took a few reminders to get me to my room but staff were very helpful. Looked like they were also renovating some rooms and they were fairly quite even during the day, and keeping it clean too. The parking of the biggest weakness but the staff and workers were amazing and very helpful, even allowed me to extend my parking stay until I left the city the next day. Some notes: Hotel is up a steep hill from downtown, don't mind some exercise but it's STEEP, but anyone can do it so have fun just don't plan on going back and forth. Ask for a map lol. Coffee is a 10/10 and restaurant is fancy. I would 100% stay here again, lake view and balcony rooms look very nice and full cable and streaming on the TV, full kitchen, 10/10 bathroom, 1000/10 king size bed. Amazing views of the city and lake and mountains too!

The 1 bedroom suite and full kitchen we had was luxurious! Balcony, spacious, very comfortabke bed. Easy walking to shopping area and lakefront. It is uphill back up to the Suites. Highly recommend.

Overall good but finding your room was like a maze or treasure hunt

Fabulous! Our unit had over 700 sq ft and was just like staying in a well appointed fully furnished apt. It had a great kitchen with a washer and dryer. It had an ouside patio with access off the bedroom and dining room. Lots of floor to ceiling windows so could admire the view. A great bathroom with a separate shower and nice soaking tub.

A very good quality, place to stay. We had a balcony with views over the lake which was very nice. Good breakfast provisions, even for this sad coeliac! Close to the centre of Queenstown. Definitely recommend.
