Highly recommended only thing is there is no beach access directly

Awesome place & cleanliness

Friendly staff, courteous, and well trained. Breakfast is plentiful, coffee lovers who wish for high quality can request for premium brew for a fee. However, it does not have direct access to the shore, towels and mat are provided if you ask at the concierge, take 3 minute walk downhill, set-up by the beach sands for sunbathers, or simply chill out. The bar is very small, ideal for a friendly conversation over a drinks.

The hotel itself is fresh and clean with modern rooms and lovely staff. However I was very suprised in other reviews that nobody has highlighted that the walk to beach or main road on both sides is very dark and uneven. You have to walk through two local stalls in a narrow uneven path to get to the beach which has no lighting. This felt unsafe at night. There are multiple stray dogs and local stalls/ shops and housing. The breakfast was good but the chef was very over helmed and I actually felt bad ordering eggs as it was so visible that they were under significant pressure making noodles and soups and pancakes all at once. It would be better to have more options readily available so people didn’t have to wait 45 minutes or more for there order. In addition the pool area only has around 15 beds and given that this is a large hotel it is difficult to get a pool lounger if you want to get one in the afternoon.

It is okay for one time visiting at this area.

The staff were very cordial and the rooms were clean. The only thing was the beach was not directly infront of the hotel. You need to walk downhill to reach it and along the way, there were houses and establishments

This is not an awful hotel but for the things that are important to us, it scores very poorly. The following is a list in order of importance (for us)

The restaurant did not appear prepared for the Holiday rush. Although the staff was amazing, the menu was “no stock” for most of what we wanted.

Amazing stay at this property. All staff members were beyond exceptional but a special shoutout to Girelle.

The professionalism of the staff. They are courteous and helpful. My family and I decided to have pizza night at the Hotel after a long fun day at the beach. The staff helped us ordering pizza, gave us plates, allowed us to eat the pizza at the spacious lobby. And they cleaned after we were done eating. FIVE STAR SERVICE

The staff were very friendly and nice especially Maria from the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We had an excellent experience. The only thing I would suggest is to have more Filipino dishes on their breakfast menu — garlic fried rice, tapsilog, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Boracay was one of the best decisions we made for our family vacation. The exceptional service started from check-in, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. Every member was kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. A big thank you to Manager Dennis, whose kindness and willingness to help out with our requests were remarkable. He truly cares about his guests and it shows. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with top-notch service! Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication!

Clean and has good friendly staff.

The best asset at this hotel are the staff. They were kind, engaging, and would go out of their way to assist you and see to your safety and satisfaction - this was despite the aftermath of typhoon Carina! Boracay is a costly place to live in and so we hope this lovely staff are well seen to, to be able to deliver the great service they’re providing. It’s the staff that makes the place and the experience - and they’ve got a great bunch here! The resort is in a quiet location (which is why we chose this place) quite a distance from the main hub (D’Mall) but is walkable (20ish minutes) via the beach if not high tide. Otherwise, there is hotel shuttle running at designated times, or trikes at 150pesos at a time. Restaurant menu is good, and so is the bar menu and service. They make great cocktails and the happy hour is worth going for! We had a slow drainage in the shower which was swiftly addressed (albeit not fully rectified) We were offered to change rooms but we chose not to. It wasnt a deal breaker overall and we were too comfortable to move! A few missing tiles on the main pool (by the far end) would need addressing but should not deter from the overall experience. Thank you to Dennis and team - you guys have been fantastic!

The staff are courteous and always smiling. The hotel is well kept.
