This is a hidden gem of a hotel. Great price, great location - not quiet outside but the windows do a great job keeping the noise out. Will definitely stay there again.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Palm Grove. Its very convenient. The staff is very attentive. One security officer spotted me at Robinsons mall and came over and said hello. It was his day off. Grab was there in seconds. Laundry right around the corner. Much much more! I will return here again

After a 29 days of stay in the hotel for late check out they ask me to pay 1800 pesos, it's a shame to ask for 3 hours late check out after so long stay that cost 😡

Poor service. Elevator bad. Customer service poor and when you call for thing you wait forever and no one show up and now I had a dirty cloths still the room service never show up.

I booked 2 rooms for the family. It's great that we got adjacent rooms with my children. We just noticed that the aircon was noisy. Maybe a thorough check up and maintenance is needed.
