The hotel is clean and the people are accommodating. We have a peaceful stay in the hotel, and the ambiance of the room is so calming.

Very accommodating, though we're late for check in. There 's pool, buffet breakfast, wide parking and good room. So great stay.

1. Clogged Sink 2. There are a lot of ants coming out from the faucet along with the water 3. Leaking shower head 4. Too dark rooms

The room smells bad and the hotel provided me with 1 pillow. I'm asking for another pillow which is normally provided by hotel however they are charging me with 100/pillow

Very clean and accommodating, near at the city.

We stayed for five nights in 3g hotel, the hotel is located 200 meters from the national highway, the road was bumpy as it was not yet cemented. Hotel staffs were acommodating and easy to communicate with regards to our concerns and requests. About the room they provide one towel for each guests and also one thin blanket in which I didn't expect. Air conditioni unit was noisy and can't make the whole room cooler overnight and bidet was leaking. My peices of advice to the owner or manager to keep well maintain of the equipment, the hotel has the potential to become better.

The receptionist or front desk doesn't know a thing about customer service. Your booking qlso didn't go through in their system in time for my check in.
