Excellent service! Front desk staff were very helpfull in giving us information. Dylan & Arleidys are the best. Great breakfast. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Everyone were very nice. They also have transport from and to the airport. Restaurants and clubs in walking distance. Clean rooms!!

Again. I have been coming here for 5 yrs and this place is amazing. Great rooms. Pool has been fixed since my last visit.
The breakfast is super good. The AC is nice and cool. And thank you to all the staff willing to help.

This hotel is a luxury hostel. The only good part about the hotel experience is that I was with my man. He was able to catch all the unsafe activities. Starting with the door being broke. We had to change rooms 3x /-We paid in advance for a shuttle that never showed up. Had to pay additional funds to and from the hotel. But we made the best out of this experience.

The checking wasn't good because we had reserved with Expedia and the system was showing a child of one year instead of 16 years (we're missing a bed as per the system). The problem in this case is the confirmation, it shows only the number of people by room. As we did the reservation with Expedia, the hotel couldn't help us.

It was cozy and warm, just like the pictures. The breakfast was like a homemade breakfast. I’m the lobby there is a Juan Valdez café where you can eat a Colombian snack with a delicious coffee and you can buy their products. If you go out, by walking around you will see the Getsemaní’s colorful streets. I would go back for sure to visit it again.

The hotel allowed us to drop our bags off early, they stored them in a locked storeroom. The staff was friendly and offered directions to sights we wanted to see. At the time of checkin a staff member carried our bags up to our beautiful room. This hotel is gorgeous! The room was perfect! The bed was more comfortable than my own at home! If I am ever back in this part of the world I will stay here! I highly recommend the luxury hotel in Getsemani Colombia it measures up to its name!

Nice little hotel, not a luxury hotel. People in dining area for breakfast are nice. Reception girl need to work on customer services skills. And the hotel is very Noisy, you can hear everything from the street. People talking, walking, cars, motorcycles,etc.

Nos atendieron bien, pero al hotel tienen que darle seguimiento al mantenimiento. El baño tenía la puerta rota, la puerta del cuarto se tenía que empujar fuerte para que cerrara. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y nos enviaron a otra de un hotel de la misma cadena eso estuvo bien. Cuando llegamos a la piscina el agua no se veía muy limpia.

Great location and friendly staff. I had issues with the air conditioner leaking and a leak in the bathroom but to be fair I didn’t report it until checkout. Breakfast was good and great staff. It’s walkable to all the action but well placed to be able to rest at night without hearing the parties. The pool was being repaired but we got a chance to visit the pool ata a neighboring hotel.
