Springfield Lodge B&B

Great property located in a quiet area. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room with big attached bathroom. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Local restaurant easy 5 minute walk. Close to Wallace statue.

I would rate this Guesthouse 6 stars! Immaculate and clean room with an excellent bathroom. Peaceful area and walking distance to a lovely Bistro. The owners were so welcoming and we were well looked after. Highly recommend.

Kevin and Kim were wonderful hosts. Super helpful in directing us to things to do around the area and served up a delicious breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again and hope we do! Lovely first stop in Scotland.

Wonderful experience here. We had a comfortable bed, with a great room. It was very clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious and what a great shower! It was like being home.

Hard to find but worth the effort. Clean. New. Plenty of room. Host was patient with us after a long day in the car. Breakfast was timely and as ordered the night before. Very quiet even with a train running nearby.

Great B and B. Clean, well appointed, great owners/host, good value, easy drive into Sterling. Owner made dinner reservations for us at a nice place down the street on a busy Sat night.

Beautiful, well appointed rooms. Property overlooks a farmer’s pasture providing a country feel while affording the convenience of a suburban area. Host was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent.

Kevin was a wonderful host. The Lodge is on a peaceful street with a beautiful view. Our room was inviting and comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Springfield is our favorite place we have stayed on our trip. Kevin and Kim are wonderful hosts. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and filling. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The property is in top condition. We felt the price was very reasonable.

Kevin and Kim are running a very nice B&B. Very nice and friendly hosts, very good breakfast in good company. Room was quite big, good for me and my two boys. The B&B is 10 to 15 minutes from everything in Sterling, it's close enough to be in the middle of it all, but far enough to be on the quiet side.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the warm welcome we received from Kevin at the door, to the gorgeous room and view, to the delicious breakfasts cooked up by Kim each morning, the Springfield Lodge was our favorite stop along a weeklong road trip through the UK. Not only do I highly recommend this lovely B&B, but I’m looking for any excuse to get back there myself! Thank you Kevin and Kim for your hospitality. You made our trip even more special.

Great stay with very friendly hosts Kevin and Kim. Our room was great, large and recently renovated and good views overs field to Wallace monument. Breakfasts were great with good selection of foods. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet stay in this area. There is a pub in easy walking distance with a restaurant and bar service or 5 minute drive to wider choice.

The Springfield Lodge is a lovely property outside of the center of Stirling. It appears to be a fairly new home, with about 6 guest rooms and a light-filled breakfast room with a view of Wallace Monument and an open fief and hills. The hosts, spotless room and bathroom, food, and onsite parking make this a terrific place to stay for a visit to Stirling.

Kevin and Kim were lovely! The room was big, bright, airy and clean. The views were as beautiful as the breakfast was delicious. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to soak in the big bathtub in our suite.

Tastefully decorated home with incredibly comfortable room and bathroom. Only accomodations we stayed in that had a more than decent sized shower. Hosts Kevin and Kim were so welcoming and helpful with our questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely views while enjoying a cooked to order breakfast and chatting with these personable owners. Every other accomodation we stayed in (and there were five!) we measured against this one and for me, none compared.

Kevin and Kim were wonderful host. The facility was comfortable just like home. They provided great suggestions for dinner and sites to see in Sterling. We will look forward to staying in Springfield lodge sometime soon. Garth and Vicky.

This is a lovely B&B. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom had all modern features and was immaculate. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful in making our dinner reservations. They offer a good variety of options for breakfast. The view from the breakfast room was pretty and restful.
