We could not have been happier with our stay! We had booked a room and opted for the shared bathroom facilities, so for those looking for the rooms with private bathrooms, you'll need to scroll to another review. Our room was clean and had the most comfortable mattress, and a very convenient small sofa and desk for our use. To those who are looking at the shared facilities and are unsure - do not fret! They were clean, well kept, toilets had bidet facilities for those requiring it, shower pressure was fantastic, and complementary shampoo and shower gel is in the shower cubicles, along with a hair dryer by the sinks. The hotel's location on Orchard Rd is brilliant for convenience with public transport and walking. The staff were incredible - to the gentleman who handled our check-in/out, thank you so much! You were so warm and kind to us, I feel terrible to have not gotten your name to be able to give you a personal shout out! To Arena upper management, he was working the 21-22 Nov, is a credit to you and I hope he is acknowledged for his diligence! I believe I am going to become a regular with this chain as my partner & I have had nothing but wonderful stays with them! We had stayed Arena's other premise in Bugis last year (2023), this year we were only staying in Singapore for one night and opted to try their Orchard premises in Cuppage Terrace as it was much closer to where our evening plans were located. We have raved about this chain endlessly to all our friends!

friendly hotel receptionist. no problem. only check in time is too long and check out time is too early. very unfair. for bathroom cleanliness 0, bathroom smells of urine, shower is broken, hair everywhere, main bathroom door is always open? don't know what the reason is. tissue trash everywhere. when asking for room cleaning, only tidied up and changed towels? not even swept. sheets not changed (if not mentioned) even though stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. room lighting is also bad, the lights are yellow and dark. no windows. room soundproofing is also 0, the front area of this hotel has many bars and honestly from 8 pm - 6 am the noise is incredible and disturbs rest time. the hotel should add something to make the room more soundproof.

arena e sport hotel orchard strategic location, from changi i got off at somerset walk 5 minutes to the hotel, very easy to reach friendly staff with separate bathroom, it is recommended to take a shower in the morning for comfort very interesting, will come back again if i go to singapore

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful during check-in. The room is clean and comfortable, no noise from outside, unfortunately the lighting is not bright enough. Large & clean towels are provided. The bathroom is clean and complete with a shower with water heater, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen & dining room are clean, there is a microwave, electric kettle & drinking water is provided. What we really like is the very strategic location, attached to Cuppage Plaza, close to Orchard Central, MRT station, bus stop, Lucky Plaza and of course close to uncle's ice cream 🤗😍. Although located on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us at the moment because we only brought cabin luggage, besides the stairs are not high and the stairs are wide. Unfortunately, there are many non-halal restaurants around, we have to actively ask whether they are halal or not because they don't want information even though they know we all wear hijab. Alhamdulillah found a halal restaurant near the hotel ±100 meters, open until night maybe 24 hours, just cut through the road through Cuppage Plaza, the owner is an Indian who is very kind and friendly, we can choose a menu with prices that can be adjusted (cheap) What is certain is that our family (me, husband & 3 children) are very satisfied staying there even though it was only for one night. Next time if I go to Spore I want to stay there again. But please don't make the price too expensive. Hehee🙏😄.

The location are great, so close to MRT and shopping places, the room was clean but was a bit humid, the bathroom also clean but smells funny.

I don't recommend here. The room is dirty, the floor is not cleaned and smells bad. The bathroom is very dirty, the smell is unhealthy. It's noisy at night. Expensive for a room like that.

The location is close to walking to Orchard Road, bus station and MRT station. The hotel is clean, the toilets are clean, the pantry is also clean. The staff are friendly. You can even leave your suitcase too. Thank you 🙏🏻🥰.

The hotel is still new and fragrant. The location of the hotel is also close to the Sommerset MRT station, the most walking distance is about 300m. It is also close to the shopping center. Under the hotel there is a cafe or bar where foreigners hang out. The receptionist is also friendly. We ordered a family room for 6 people. The room is big, there is a sofa, chairs and a work desk. Although the bathroom is shared, it is clean and quite a lot. There is also a shared kitchen. There is a microwave for heating. Anyway, this hotel is recommended for those of you who want to go out with friends or family. Anyway, I will stay here again if I go to Singapore. Thank you Arena esport hotel 👏🏻

Omg love this hotel! I spent 2 nights here for holiday trip w my family (with toddler) and this hotel was exellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist (he always smile and greet us🤩). The rooms have been very comfortable and the bathroom beyond my expectation was very clean! The bathroom has bidet (its a must). Would be my first choice hotel when we visit sg!🤩👍🏻

Hotel sangat strategis. Kemana-mana sangat dekat. MRT pun dekat. Saat cek in tidak ada masalah sama sekali. Staff sangat ramah. Hotel dapat tempat tidur di atas tapi sangat nyaman cuma sangat bahaya buat anak-anak karena pembatas tiang sangat pendek. Harus di awasi orang tua. Kamar mandi walau sharing tapi sangat bersih. Next bakal balik lagi. Terima kasih.

I was checking out around 6 am in the morning, called through number shown on the desk asking for my 100 SGD deposit. The girl responded “If it ' s by credit card you may leave,”. I thought everything ' s okay, but as I arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia my credit card was billed! How can it be, she said it was okay and nothing happen on the room. This is f*%&@ and scam! Don't stay on this place, if apps has score minus 5 the I'd given it. You can't tolerate such a scam.
