Super big room & comfy king size bed! Nice & clean toilet. The staff changes the towels daily. Big pool. 24hours food centre & Cheers minimart are just 3 steps away, no lies. 400m to the nearest bus stop & just take 1 stop away to Paya Lebar MRT station, the same way if you wanna go back to the hotel from the MRT station mentioned. Surely wanna go back to stay again ❤️

very recommended hotel! around 5 minutes walk to Paya Lebar MRT station. Right beside the lobby is moslem food court which is very helpful for moslem tourists.

Air conditioner cold. Staff no problem. Nice hotel. Me personaly like it. Just a bit pricy. But the room was huge well. NO. PROBLEM.

The receptionist at the front was an unfriendly Malaysian Fat girl with an insincere smile. She often insults guests staying at Hotel 81, calling them stupid, which is very unprofessional. Our requests were not addressed at all; The sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain, and she dismissed it as normal. The refrigerator was not cold and wasn't repaired. Please educate the HRD better. Thanks!

Make up/Cleaning room very poor, did not clean mirror and floor very dusty. Corridor and Room has a bad odor smell and cigarette smell on non smoking floor. Very unpleasant smell overall.
