The location is very accessible to MRT and some other resto. The ambiance of the room was very nice, the bed comfy for relaxation after a long tiring day. The staff were also accommodating. I will book again in this hotel when I visit Singapore. Thank you.

Good for travelers that need place to rest, not staycation. The room is clean but small, air conditioning, hair dryer and water heater well functioned. They gave us complimentary water bottle, tea, and coffee.

I love to stay in fragrance ruby because it was only less then 5 minutes walking to the bus station and around 7 minutes if you'd like to go the mrt station. And the hotel was surrounded by a lot of food stall so it make perfect place to stay in Singapore.

Friendly staff, strategic location, clean hotel, complete facilities, easy access to the city because it is near a bus stop with many destinations. The room cleaning department is thorough and agile and polite. The price is also according to standard.

Small room but very clean and quiet. Friendly staffs. Quick check-in, check-out procedures. Close to bus stops (only 5-7m walking). The room is similar to the photos posted by the hotel so I didn't take many of them. If you are female, you should be careful a little bit when walking out at Geylang at late night as this is the red light district. Overall, I had a great experience here.

I went this hotel on July'22. It 's low pricing with a normal standard for budget hotel as I expected before I went there. Room is too small but all equipments are enough for staying in short days. My opinion, the location at Aljunied MRT station close to the hotel, you can walk around 10 mins from MRT but I felt a bit unsafe for the location. If you're traveling alone, I don't recommend here. At night time that quit busy because there are restaurants for hang out and night club. Overall for me, it satisfy for me if comparing with pricing and convenient location.

The location is not too far away from MRT, about 5-10 mins walk. The hotel room is small but can fit two people well. They provide kettle, bath towel, shower gel, dental kit, and shower cap inside the room but there 's no refridgerator. Overall is good.

Really enjoying my stay here. Budget hotel but comfortable. Really near from bus stop, MRT walk 6 mins. The most important thing is this hotel is clean. 👍🏻✨.

The room size is ok for me & my friend. It has a window, so we could get a direct sunlight and saw the scenery outside. Aircon worked well and cold. The receptionist was also ok. There is elevator. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk from Aljunied MRT station but there’s bus station nearby. Old airport Hawker Center is about 10 minutes walk, you can grab your breakfast there. And you can keep your luggage for a while after checking out. But on the first day, towel provided for us was not very clean I guess. There was some short-black-hair on it. You know what I mean right?! 😅 You should ask the receptionist for the towel if you need the new one. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend it for a budget traveler like me.

Room was dirty, not comfortable, and old Good service from staff Far from MRT around 600 m. Minimart in front of the alley. Location is quite unsafe.

Everything is nice, the front desk service is excellent, except the bed, very hard mattress and they only give 2 pillow, one pillow per person, I ask for extra pillow but is not available. Good hotel but not comfortable for sleep.
