Happy to stay here close to Jalan Besar MRT, just walk. So far for a cheap price is good. Reception is good. The rooms are standard but enough for an overnight.

The staff was kind and helpful, I came at midnight but the receptionist still wake up. The breakfast was light but delicious at the floor 1, I love the tea 👍 I picked the bunk in the mix 24 Dorm, it's roomy, and also the bathroom inside the room. But outside the room the shoes were stink, maybe they should give the shelf, and I got the aircon above my bunk and the blanket not helping much 🤣 The location near Mustafa center, city square mall and farrer Park MRT, but in the morning its ok to walk to kampong glam, Arab street and bugis area also.

The crews are very helpful. Me and my wife arrived at 1PM. Check in supposed to be at 2PM, but the nice lady at front office allowed us to check in earlier.

A good receptionist gives a sense of continuing in it is also clean comfortable bathroom is also convenient anyway good recommended really, given breakfast food and warm drinks.

The clerk was very friendly. They are Filipinos. The location is in front of the bus stop. About 10 minutes to the nearest MRT station. Not far from Haji Lane and Arab Street.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Was able to make a friend out of them and befriended my bunkmate as well. Please note that they don't provide towels and it is better to bring your own toiletries. Receptionist is available until 1am if you have an evening flight.

The other guest are so noisy. They don't consider the one resting and keep talking with their phones. Please be considerate with other guest. Until someone shouted and let him to be quiet. LOL

Here, you can enjoy to talk to other people. You can iron a clothe freely, you can wash a clothe but will be charged for this. Overall, staying here was awesome. We can meet people from east to west, from south to north!

4/5 star is quite clean. Breakfast variety is sufficient. One of the bathroom showers on the 3rd floor is dead, you have to use the tap down.

We arrived around 1 AM due to our night flight and very tired. When we arrived, there was no receptionist or anyone from hostel to ask for check-in. The guest said that the receptionist has already gone home, but actually we didn’t get this information when we booked this hostel. We have paid for 2 beds yet we finally ended up—must sleep on sofa beside receptionist that night, we could not enter the room to sleep. And there were another 3 guests had this bad experience with us!

The hostel is ok. Near the highway, only the dorm's bed doesn't have curtains so that's how it goes when sleeping 😂 but afterall, cool
