Compare to same price hotel in Singapore, it is clean and nice. Staff are friendly, room are comfortable but not tinny. All the room implement Apple TV now. It is definitely value for money stay.

Air conditioning wasn't working for one of the night, and they didn't bother to inform us about it. But overall is a good budget hotel.

The table was not cleaned the next day. Coffee machine was dusty. Room was noisy because of the next door guests. Overall stay was good. Room was clean.

The hotel needs renovation and deep cleaning. There are moldy in toilet and rooms, the room was smelly and bad ventilation.
