한국인이시면 한국어로 된 웹사이트들로 최저가 잡는 것 추천. The facility was alright. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast. The pool at night was full with all the families—super cute, but no thanks XD. So I skipped the pool and jacuzzi.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number. I book accommodations on Expedia monthly in various countries and this was the first time the staff didn’t expect me or send a greeting before. I had to find the reservation number for them to find me in the system. Showing my passport was not enough. Then, they placed me exactly by the elevator. I stayed for 3 nights and probably slept a total of 7-8 hours during my stay because of how noisy this hotel was. So many families with kids screaming on the hallway and constant traffic due to being right ij from of the elevator. I would never stay at this property in the future and I absolutely do not recommend this property to travelers without children who want to rest. I have 2 kids of my own so the only way I might consider coming back here in the future is for a family trip. But for solo traveling or couples traveling, this is a no-no! You will get no rest! Very, very noisy hotel and outdated…

The room was clean and the temperature was good when we got in. We loved the cleanliness of the bathroom and the kitchen.

Swimming pool is closed two days in a week, which was inconvenient.

It was super clean and feels like stay at home. However, Hot pool and sauna looks way bigger in the picture, I wish they could do more warm water outdoor pool.. And it could good if we can cook inside, stove does not work cause it was mandantory.. so we need to book the public kitchen but it was already booked so we had to go outside for eating everytime. Beside of that it was good.

2번째 체스터톤스~~~가족과 즐거운 설 명절 보내고왔습니다~~ 시간과 여유만 있다면 매달오고싶고 2박이상 강추 합니다~~

아주만족합니다. 깨끗해서 기분이 좋아요.

가족 여행 숙소로 최고였어요. 청초호 뷰도 너무 예쁘고 따뜻하고 넓고 쾌적해요. 청초호가 보이는 욕조에 물 조금 받아서 도란 도란 앉아 과자 먹으며 족욕하던 순간이 오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요.

룸이 3개나 되고 4인 이상 가족이 묵을 수 있는 온돌방도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 온돌방이 생각보다 많이 작아서 준비되어 있는 이불이 4채 였으나,,, 바닥에 2채만 깔렸어요... 엘리베이터는 여기저기 곳곳에 있어서 이용에 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 청결도는 좋은 편이었으나, 일반 호텔처럼 컨시어지에서 컵이나, 식기, 기타 서비스는 없었습니다. 테이블은 8인 테이블이라 3가족 여행에 너무 편했습니다. 침구도 폭닥하고 깨끗한 편이고 안락 했어요. B동 제일 끝쪽에 있는 방이라 호수 뷰가 바로 보였습니다. 로비층에 있는 사우나는 청결했으나, 작은 편입니다. 편의 점은 호텔 로비층에 있는 건 상당히 작아서 길건너에 있는 다른 편의점 이용 했습니다. 크게 불편 하진 않았어요! 전체적으로 가격대비 정말 좋았습니다! 체크인/체크아웃도 사전에 어플로 할 수 있어서 저는 좋았는데... 키 공유가 오류가 많아서 개선 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 수영장은 동절기라 운영하지 않았습니다. 규모가 그리 큰편은 아니었어요. 여름에는 수영장 메리트가 있는 곳이 더 나을 것도 같습니다;

일박의 짧은 여정이었지만 깔끔하고 조용해서 잘 보내고 왔어요~

가족들과 왔는데 쾌적하고 청결했습니다! 바로앞에 청초호가 있어서 산책하기도 좋으네요~ 호텔형이라기보다는 콘도형입니다. 취사가 불가능하여 객실에서 인덕션을 쓸수 없는 것이 저희에겐 단점이였네요.
