Stayed at this hotel every time we come to Jeju. Love this hotel and how close it is to airport. Thank you for free room upgrade as well! The basement levels can use some AC. It is very hot. Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, clean and staff are friendly. However location may not suit everyone. Paid 22k for the breakfast but feel it's not worth it. Variety is limited and food quality can be improved. It's close to the airport and that just about it. It's inconvenient to get around to other parts of the city and usually require taxi or bus transfer.

Location was good, close to restaurants and convenient stores. It’s a very no frills hotel. The rooms unfortunately smelled fishy. The beds were also uncomfortable, but when we asked for an additional pillow and blanket, the front desk said no additional bedding was allowed, despite having extras. They were pretty rude about it and would not even look at you in the face when interacting with you.

Maybe it’s a culture differences but wasn’t expecting that the entire hotel’s guest room does not have aircon. The room felt rather warm even with the cold weather and we had to request for an electricity fan. Front desk are friendly but not all are well communicated in english. Lastly, the towel smells. I would recommend other hotel that is within the same vicinity.

Overall, it was a pretty good stay with a very convenient location and free self parking. It does get a bit warm and stuffy even with the windows open during the winter/end-winter season as the hotel does not turn on the air-conditioning. Perhaps, the hotel could allow the window to be opened a bit more wider so that more air can come in during the night.

호텔의 전반적 컨디션은 일반 비지니스호텔 수준이었는데, 이렇게나 방음처리를 안 한 호텔은 처음 봤습니다. 깜짝 놀랄 수준이었는데, 옆방에서 슬리퍼끌며 걸어다니는 소리, 대화소리까지 거의 선명하게 들리는 정도였는데요. 옆 호실 사람들이 같은 방에 함께 있는 듯했습니다. 이 정도 수준으로 방음을 안 해둔 건 손님기만하는 게 아닌가 싶을 정도였습니다. 새로 리모델링이 필요한 거 같아요.
