No frills hotel but very clean, with excellent staff, and with excellent connections to everywhere in the city.

the staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and i like the convenience of having a 7/11 in the hotel. the only thing is that its far away from almost all touristy neighborhoods like myeongdong, hongdae, seongsu etc. so you do have to take the bus or subway to most places since it’s more like a residential area. the good thing is that the subway station is like a 5 minute walk so its not bad at all!

The hotel room was fairly spacious, and it was fairly quiet during the evenings. I enjoyed the full size bathroom. I also enjoyed being able to control the room temperature. The staff is very kind and greeted me every time I walked by. Water bottles were always refilled every day. The breakfast was good there, with a nice selection. The hotel is located walking distance from a main subway line. There are many restaurants nearby as well. On the weekends there is a flea market nearby which is cool to look at all the items for sale. There is also a coin laundry and a small gym which is a plus.

Clean hotel. Japanese standard toilets that use water and seat warmers. Small but comfortable room. The location is close to the Metro Station exit no 10. Around the hotel quite a lot of minimarkets and restaurants.
