Property is gorgeous filled with art work. The gym is well equipped with incredible views. This hotel is surrounded by office buildings and not convenient for sight seeing. Had to cab everywhere and the traffic could be horrendous sometimes.

This is a beautiful property with excellent white glove service. However whomever decorated it looks like they just threw all their decorating ideas into one building. Too many materials and textures making it too jumbled. Nothing seemed to really flow. From the entrance to the elevators and rooms. Inside our suite nothing really flowed either.
Hospitality was wonderful, breakfast was nice. The best part for us was sitting in the evenings for cocktails and watching the sunset in the bar lounge.

The hotel and amenities itself are 5 star. Gorgeous hotel. The staff however are not trained at a 5 star level.
Simple requests of any luxury hotel- ie pre paying for certain amenities (breakfast, sauna), so guests never receive a bill to sign are not honored. They wouldn’t even let my mother take her am coffee from breakfast despite the $75 / person charge and the fact that all in room dining / plateware in the hotel is the same. My colleague who was also staying here was taken to an uncleaned room twice.
Staff otherwise appear “friendly” but don’t have luxury hospitality training and appear to be reading from a handbook.

Great hardware, not so great service. Staff members seem mostly extremely in-experienced. They seem nervous, new, inexperienced and without any room to serve customers within their remit. This results in protocol-driven service, not customized for customers needs. Gave me an impression female staff members might be hired for their look more than experience.
