Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . I’m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. Trash will only be clear on the day we check out. if needed, we can clear by ourself but trash bag never being provided and you have to purchase it.

Not having a front desk was extremely inconvenient.

Very clean with great amenities, comfortable, and great location. Check in was so convenient and the keypad door lock was great as there was no need to carry around a key or card everywhere.

New and comfortable room. However, even higher floors feel like underground rooms, as theres no direct day light due to the neighbour building. As for the location, it has well connected public transportation, however it's not a beautiful area. To have a luggage storage room available is very helpful.

Highly recommend all when they plan to visit Korea. This place is fantastic, convenient and comfortable. Will stay here again whenever I visit Korea.

This place was much smaller than similar stays I have done in the past. But overall, it was good. The only downside is that the address does not come out on Google Map for foreigners. It’s a bit challenging to find.

I tried to check in properly around 3:00pm.I arrived there early.They are not give me directions before I have to waited long times. If you can’t speak good Korean then hard time to do communication. I saw a lot of Chinese people stayed there. I don’t know why not emailing me about information property before check in.

The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. However, my friend and I only stayed 5 nights so we were fine. The hotel is right next to a much of conscience stores so anything you need is more than affordable. Working the air conditioner was a bit of a struggle, but communicating with staff via email was super easy and they responded very fast. I applaud them for such great communication. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and it feels like being in my own apartment!

Location was convenient, room was nice. Not super spacious but well situated and stocked. Very comfortable. Construction across the street was a bit noisy and room floor and shower were not super clean. Only had 2 bath towels for 4 person reservation.

Absolute headache to find the hotel. Two locations with almost the same name. If you’re not from Korea, you will not easily know your way around the narrow streets between the two hotels. Very little sense of security. The building can be entered by anyone. In fact, your room door can be knocked on by anyone. There is no simple way to call in an emergency. Someone knocked on my door at 11:30pm. There was no way to see them through the door. Everything is digital, but in Korean. Very little access to staff. Room was generous size, more for extended stay. Not delightful. Will not return as I didn’t feel secure.

It was quite difficult finding this place as there are two buildings, and you won’t know until you get there fish email with address link, which the link didn’t work on Naver (the Korean google)! So was very very confused and ended up at the other building which there was no one to help you. It’s all via chat, contactless to the max! Luckily, there was an extremely nice lady who helped us find the correct building and walked us through a few buildings to get there! She didn’t even work for this hotel! Once we finally got in, our room was very small, like a cruise ship cabin. My son’s room however had two rooms on either side of the living/kitchen area, much larger. Location is good, close to the subways and eateries.

I stayed for 6 nights and they only provided 2 toilet paper rolls and 2 coffee tablets. It's difficult to communicate as the contact person on the phone doesn't speak English. The night I arrived I couldn't shower because there was no hot water. Turned out the switch was off in the room which has Korean language so I didn't know it was for hot water switch. I did contact the link they provide before 11 pm but no answered and I contacted again in the morning after 9 am but no replies. I had to google search the phone number and luckily this one can speak English a bit. Area is not the best, lack of shops although Korean restaurants are everywhere. Check in time is too late at 4pm and check out time is too early 11am. Overall I am disappointed and will not stay here in the future.

I stayed for a month and it was a great experience! Close to everything! Restaurants, train/subway station and shopping markets. If you stay there you should definitely check the stores close to Sinsa and Gamgnam (the wealthiest neighborhoods in Seoul.
