The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - midnight. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The listed optional pool fee applies to guests age 13 and older. The pool fee for children ages 3-12 years old is KRW 8,000 per child. There is no pool fee for children age 2 and under. Parking for SUVs, RVs, large sedans, and electric vehicles is available only in the offsite parking lot for KRW 2000 per hour from 9 AM to 6 PM and no fee from 6 PM to 9 AM. Guests who park offsite can be reimbursed for parking fees up to KRW 5000 per day at the front desk with proof of payment.
