This is a really good ocean view hotel i ever stay

An amazing hotel. Clean, quiet, modern and comfortable.
Unfortunately, it is in the middle of an abandoned development.
Empty buildings, streets and shops.
Not a lot of dining options or shopping.
Wave park with a few surrounding businesses available, otherwise nothing else.
Buses within walking distance. All attractions are closed.
Lighthouse is open with streets in this area.

아직 상권이 형성되지 않은 지역인데다 평일이라서 주변지역은 조용합니다. 식사할 곳도 주변에 몇곳 없구요. 하지만 시설이나 전망 부분에서는 만족할 만한 수준입니다.

여긴 정말 뷰맛집이에요~
객실내 전자레인지, 세탁기가 있어 며칠묵으시는 분도 편안하실것같아요.
단점은 근거리에 먹을거리가 그닥없어서 차를타고 가야할듯, 들어오시는길에 사오시는것도 추천합니다^^

시설은 매우 만족했습니다만, 주변에 식당이 없고 호텔에서도 점심 저녁 식사가 없어서 차가 없는 손님들은 조금 난감할 수 있습니다.
게다가 조식은 메뉴 변경 없이 매일 똑같아서 많이 식상했네요.

신축호텔이라 매우 깨끗하고 산뜻했습니다.
직원들이 전반적으로 친절했으며 특히 아침 조식 관리하는 여직원이 친절했습니다.
4성급인데도 룸컨디션은 5성급보다 더 좋았던것 같습니다. 룸에서 바라본 시화호 풍경이 너무 좋았네요
다만..근처에 가볼만한곳이 너무 없었던것 같네요.

제가 그동안 다닌 호텔 중 단연코 가성비 최고의 호텔이였어요. 일몰을 보고 싶어 갔는데 거북섬 바로 앞에 위치라 바다가 통창으로 다 보이고 호텔이 3월에 오픈해 넘 새건물이라 깨끗합니다. 직원분들 넘 친절하시고 다만, 객실 바닥 드문드문 얼룩이나 머리카락등 좀 있어요. 청소에 신경쓰셔야 할 듯 합니다.
또한, 조식뷔페는 실망이였어요. 메뉴도 딱히 먹을것도 없고 개편을 하셔야 롱런 하실 듯 하네요. 호텔의 시설과 가격등 넘 좋아서 옆에 개관하는 이스트도 꼭 갈께요. 친구들, 지인들에게 완전 추천했답니다. 조식뷔페는 회의하셔야 합니다. 웨이브엠 호텔 다 잘 되었음 해요^^
