Overall, we had a good 3 days / 2 nights stay at the New Wyndham Hotel in Busan (so new that taxi drivers don't even know it is so make sure you have Naver). Location: Hotel is 10 mins walk from Songdo Beach so had access to restaurants, bars, etc. With that said, the hotel is a bit far from other attractions (10 mins drive to downtown / Jalgachi Market, 25 mins to Haeundae Beach, etc assuming no traffic) Facilities: Our room were clean, modern, spacious, and had a great view of the Busan port. The gym, pool, and cafe were great as customer service was very friendly / spoke English. The only annoying thing was that we were charged 33K KRW to delay check out by 1 hour. Usually, we get complimentary late check out at most hotels (especially on a Monday) if the timeframe is only 1 hour.

We chose this new hotel for our last stop of birthday trip to Songdo Busan here. Staff was extremely helpful, polite . It provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay before we left Busan. Highly recommended and will book it again next journey to Busan.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Huge lobby area. Clean, good size room with big modern bathroom. Hotel is bit off town area but front desk staff can order taxi from you quickly. Taxi fare is reasonable.

This is a brand new hotel and it’s quite lovely. The staff is eager to help and the fitness facility is outstanding. The only difficulty we had was getting a taxi to take us into town

남편과 오랫만에 부산여행을 하게되어 숙박시설예약을 제가 하게 되었는데 선택을 참 잘했다는 생각이 들었습니다.우선 호텔관계자분들의 친절함에 아주 편안하고 기분좋았고,조용하고 아늑함에 또 한번 ~가까운거리에 거북섬도 볼거리로 좋고~이곳은 또 가보고 싶은 곳입니다.이번에 미국가면 언니랑 같이 올 수도 있는데 언니오면 같이 가려고 합니다.아주 만족도가 높은 여행이었습니다.감사합니다 ^^
