Barceló Sants
The location is perfect and the front office lady is very helpful. Room is spacious. But at the next day of my stay, house keeping didn't clean up my room and the is no complimentary water. When I ask for the water, the front office guy is rude said complimentary water only serve for the first day of stay.

Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia
This hotel is the perfect area to stay when in Barcelona, it's very quiet area. But still walking distance to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again. My fave hotel in Barcelona.

The recepsionist is racis to asian people. They are not really helpfull. Their attitude is arrogant to asian people. We stay here as a guest, not as a homeless who looking for place to stay for free. Once again, we are here as a guest, please dont looking down on us, dont underestimate us.
