Poor signage inside and outside wasted about 15-20 driving around AQUATIS building looking for the hotel entrance. Finally we found it and once I got inside, I spoke to Olga at front desk about my free parking and she was very rude and told me I can’t park at the hotel and have find public parking and pay out pocket. Fast forward we got back to the lobby and wait an additional 90 mins past check in time to add to it their breakfast quality and variety of food was very cheap and charged us $24 Swiss franc per person. The only good thing about this place is the metro next to it and wouldn’t recommend this place

Conveniently located right above the subway station. Rooms are clean, but very small and basic. The hotel is by a highway so it is also a bit noisy. The hotel restaurant is not good at all.

Cannot recommend at all - A/C went crazy making loud noises all night long such that it was impossible to sleep. Room could not be switched, and the administration only makes snarky comments instead of making up for it in any way.
I'm an experienced traveler with 50 nights this year - this was the worst hotel of 2023 for me!

Very nice stay. Lovely views and great outdoor space to enjoy drinks and lovely fountain. Food was good with nice selections. The best part was the fact you walked out the door to the metro stop and access to what the town has to offer. Overall Lausanne is a lovely stop.

Decent hotel located above the subway stop + a short 10 minute subway ride into downtown Lausanne. Plenty of parking. Free subway ticket for duration of stay. Room was pleasantly cool during heatwave. No complaints, aside from the somewhat pricy onsite dining options.

I like the ambiance, the train station is just at the basement of the hotel and many choices for breakfast. It took sometime before we felt the aircon of the room.

I like the hotel very much but the only thing is that you need to have air conditioning when the weather is hot because is very uncomfortable to sleep with the window open and the noise of the highway nearby
