It was a nice clean property, that I would have rated a 5, however the plug in the sink’s bathroom was shut tightly, and I couldn’t get it unplugged making the sink a mess. It was a nice area with a clean and modern rail station only about a 20 minute ride to and from the area. Not many places to eat in the area and no restaurant in property

The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a bit out of the way from everything. You would have to take a cab or walk a ways to get to even find a place to eat. Perhaps as they develop that area more, it would be more convenient. Word of advice, take a cab from the train station. Google maps had it at a 17 min walk. It is more than that especially with luggage. Otherwise, it is a great place and they will call a taxi for you. Taxis to the airport at 7 am took less than 15 minutes and less than 300 NTD.

Love this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer but we were just there for one day on a very long layover. Great location and easy to get to and from airport and short walk to Gloria outlets. Very friendly and helpful staff, and loved the snacks (and beer!) station that was complimentary.

Nearby to 2 MRT stations. Walking to shopping area (10mins). Nice rooms. Free coffee and snacks. Good beef noodles nearby.

Calm and cozy place if you just wanna stay near the airport.

The property is new and very clean. Front desk staffs are super friendly and do their best to answer my questions and assist with my needs ( laundry and luggage). Will definitely book it again when I am traveling around area

With the room size, room was surprisingly spacious due to the bed placement. The separate toilet and shower also is a good idea so that there can be 2 people using at the same time. Hotel staff also very helpful, they even volunteered to book taxi for us as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel is also walking distance to Gloria outlet mall.

had a very easy check in after arriving late at 9pm. the cab ride here from taoyuan was straight forward and only cost 300 NTD. the check in staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. the room was very modern and new and there's a 711 around the corner. only staying here for a short layover but would def come again!

Great hotel at a ln excellent price. Very close to the train station and 3 malls. Great amenities and excellent service. Would absolutely stay here again. I wish this hotel existed in other countries!

The room was clean and service was wonderful. The location is close to the station to go to Taipei and the airport.

Booked this hotel because it was conveniently near the high-speed rail station and easy to get to the airport. We were hit with a typhoon, and the staff saved a room for me when I went to the airport in case my flight was canceled. They were very accommodating and helpful. And there are free snacks, coffee, and beer in the lobby lounge!

I love the serenity of this hotel. The staff were nice enough to tell me where I could get the trains to the place I would like to go. Also, I love the drink corner. I really love that. I hope to be back there soon again.
