Overall a clean, nice hotel. Easy to find, convenient for a number of businesses. Only major limitation is the breakfast. It's fine overall, just limited, with the same stuff each day, with limited variety. Only other concern for me is that there is only one English speaking channel on the TV, CNN.

It was ok, the staff had to call me twice in 3 minutes to hurry me to check out. It was 11:59 and I was out by 12:01, I'm checking out of a hotel, not heading off to a meeting. Really don't appreciate the way the handle such a minor issue (IF THIS IS ONE). Never experienced this in any other hotels.

Great hotel, will stay again. Feels clean and new. Possesses all amenities in room (hairdryer, ironing board, bidet, etc) which isn't always the case in Asia. Centrally located with a bevy of dining possibilities within walking distance. Literally next door to my local office. That said, tourists will appreciate the Metro stop immediately in front of the hotel or the bus stop around the corner. Note: Room size can vary. First stay was a "suite". Second stay was much more cozy.

room wasn't fully stocked with amenities such as shampoo, soap and slippers when i checked in. However, the staff were quick to rectify these issues after i notified them. Apart from this issue, the hotel was superb

We arrived in Taipei early in the morning. I understand the check-in time is 2pm. Therefore, we just left the luggage at front desk and went back at 2. Unfortunately, the room was not ready. We have to wait another half hour before we can get in our room. Room is very small. We booked a business twin room for two people and there is no space to lay our 29" luggage flat. I have to put it on one of the beds on the last day to pack. Even though it is a non-smoking room, we can smell cigarette. I guess some guests smoked in the building and the smell travelled through the AC. Breakfast is fine. The variety is good. Considering it is included in the price, you really can't ask for much. Staff are all very nice and helpful. The location is ok, not great. There is nothing nearby. You always have to take bus (3 mins walking) , MRT (5 mins walking), or taxi. Overall, I think it is an average hotel. I will try a different place next time though.

The giant automatic sliding front door looks like a wall. I passed it without knowing it was the door. Great location. The tunnel right in front lets you easily cross the roads. A nearby supermarket is cheaper than the convenience stores. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great cleaning. Great toilet. The power button is the far right, lower button. The washer takes 142 minutes for a full load. There is some powdered detergent on the shelf by the washer. The dryer takes 120 minutes, clean but still a little damp. The bathroom lights will not shine on your face, so the minibar mirror is better for personal grooming. The door key turns on power for the entire room, including sockets and bathroom ventilation fan. The shower door should be kept open to air out while you are away.
