I stayed here for a week on a business trip. A fantastic time! I never left the hotel except to go the office. Very nice gym and sauna. Breakfast every morning was very good if sometimes busy.
I will stay here on the next trip for sure.

Lovely retreat away from busy cities. Love the huge indoor kids playground which kept the little ones entertained for hours each day. The buffet breakfast is awesome with lots of local delights.

Amazon stay where kids get to have fun for free at the kids zone. Kids zone had play area, little go cart area, swim area. The buffet breakfast was also awesome! The rooms were clean and big.

This resort of fit for families. If you have little ones, they will love it. We only got to stay one night, and with our adults sons, they enjoyed the campus.

The place in general is a great place for family. We stayed here before when my daughter was younger, now she is 8. She still likes it but starting to grow out of it. There are a lot of activities for kids. One thing that kind of was a turn off was that, the breakfast they offer did not have any sort of eggs. I understand the limitation of eggs in Taiwan but breakfast without eggs is just a no no. I mean you can have a limitation of eggs but none is just crazy. For this I was bothered for half a day.

We really enjoyed staying at Lakeshore Hotel. The kids loved the indoor playground, lots options to choose from, slides, electric scooter, swimming pool for kids. The room was spacious for 5 of us (2 under 3s). Every part of the hotel complex was young family friendly. We definitely will stay here again if we ever visit Taiwan again

Terrible parking.. we had to wait some car leave to find the parking spot. Customer service was horrible. We paid extra for the room maximum people of 6 including breakfast on Expedia and when check in, staff said no extra bed available and room only for 4 people, any extra people, I needed to pay again and not include the breakfast. It took 30 minutes to check in and staff insisted that need to pay extra until we showed the Expedia living clause and mentioned that will file complaint to the consumer bureau. Hotel photos online also deceiving, our window view outside was like haunted house. Definitely will not stay there again!!
