Very welcoming feeling, staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is clean and comfortable, eco friendly. We will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit.

Location is close to night market and railway station, which makes it a good transit for Alishan/ other places from Chiayi.
The room is comfy; breakfast is buffet served on top floor, nice panoramic view and good selection of food. Definitely recommend to other travellers.

It's so nice that the hotel provided free transportation to/from Chiayi Train Station. Walking distance to old town and night market. We had a great stay!

It was all good and accommodating. Love the self service laundry. Downside is the Muslim restaurant a bit unclear.
