Although it was hurrucane days for our stay, we felt comfortable and safe.for our stay.
Because of government restriction and disallowing buffet inside hotel restaurant, including breakfast, to Covid 19 pandemic management, the Hotel provided room service for meal selection- western, Chinese and vegetarian- in meal boxes for breakfast, and it also provides coffee cups and fruit boxes in meal packages.
Hotel staffs are experienced, friendly, detakled, professional and courteous.

服務態度良好，房間乾淨舒適，淋浴水壓很大，沐浴乳應該是使用自家集團的，洗起來不會滑滑的很棒，停車場空間很大不怕車位不夠。缺點是：房間有些地方有些斑駁看得出年代感，吹風機風量很小，枕頭很低很難睡

適逢星期六住宿'百貨與飯店的停車全部混在一起停車'實在有夠混亂'找車位真的是一位難求'毫無賓至如歸的感覺!
房間內的燈光有很大改善的空間'裝潢上無法享受到五星級的優越感!
早上的用餐裏'取餐的廊道太小太短距'全部擠在一起!應改把用餐區的中庭要好好利用'可以在中庭弄一個圓形的取餐區'分散人潮!用餐服務人員的衣裝清潔要注意'有待加強!
