Centrally located in the heart of the XMD area. Can get a tat difficult to access due to long queues at the lift at certain times due to cinema going crowd. Otherwise, all good.

The sound proofing is very poor. Can see the room are partition with thin plank of woods. You can hear the other room guest laughter! And more than 14k NT for 3 nights is too expensive!

The property is well located if you like the noisy and bright Ximending area. The customer services from staff members are quite good. However, the room is not insulated for noises from other rooms and the guests are raunchy folks so it is hard to sleep well. The A/C is also not reliable and I had to move to another room due to the problem with A/C system.

During peak hours we have to queue to get into the lift to go to the hotel together with the movie goers etc. The steps in the room and toilet is not suitable if you have elderly staying. A nice touch the hotel provides free snacks and drinks and sometimes even cup noodles. Requested for room with window but the windows are in the toilet and shower 🙁

The property was right inside ximending. Very convenient. Although when night market starts, you will be dropped off a short distance away. Day time elevators may tend to be more busy. But overall the staff were very nice. The snack and coffee bar by reception was also quite pleasant.

Good location, right in the middle of ximending. Easy to locate, it's just right beside uniqlo. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Jerry. He gave us a lot of good recommendations, we had so much fun there!

This is such an awesome hotel. Right in center if everything. Parking is not free but near by. Staff are extremely friendly. Room is clean stylish and beautiful. We are so lucky to fin it.
