The place is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Even though it’s located a bit inside an alley, the road is wide enough for Grab cars to pass through. A short walk takes you to a 7-Eleven and the busy Pratunam market area. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is clean. We had an issue during our stay, but they helped us very well. They also provide a van service from the hotel to the airport, both DMK and BKK. Staying here was truly the right choice.

Highly recommend staying at Ascella Bangkok for those who like shopping, Pratunam Market is very close, Platinum, December, Krung Thong are also close, there is a fairly large 7-Eleven one block away, there are also many food stalls around, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite large and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, definitely come back here again if you go to Bangkok 👍🏻

I forgot to take a picture of the hotel, but what I like about the hotel was it has a minimalist interior design with a white paint for its wall, and I loveedd their hospitality and their honestyyy because I forgot my phone on the day when I checked out, but they keep it for me! And I was able to take it back again 😭😭😭 Ascella Bangkok, you are so coolll, please maintain your honesty and best services for the futureee!! Thank you so much!!!

Small but clean and tidy hotel, close to sevel and pratunam market. There is a coin laundry near the hotel so it is easy to wash clothes. Bolt/grab/tuktuk access is also good so you can pick up or drop off right in front of the hotel. There are many cute cafes around the hotel, good for morning coffee. Don't forget to request a room with a window because some rooms don't have windows, or you can ask for a room type that has a window. Overall the hotel is really good. The uncle owner is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is also fun. The rooms are comfortable and tidy. There's a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel isn't located on the main road, but in an alley near Pratunam Night Market.

We tried two different room types at this hotel. The property itself is spread across three different buildings, and the Triple Room seems to be located in the main building. Upon arriving at the lobby, honestly, the place looked clean, but there was a musty smell that was quite unpleasant. On the plus side, they provide useful facilities like a vending machine, microwave, and even a weighing scale, which is super important when staying around the Pratunam area. There is only one elevator, and it’s quite small, probably about half the size of a standard lift. I booked two rooms, and in one of them the toilet flush was not working properly, the water pressure was very low, and the floor felt fragile, with some parts already taped. Since the Triple Room has no window, the air circulation is poor, making the room feel stuffy and musty. The TV is also quite old, with very limited channels. Overall, the Triple Room is not worth it, and I don’t think I would stay in this room type again. If you have a bigger budget, I’d strongly recommend the Family Room instead. It’s located in a different buildin although the elevator there is honestly quite scary, like a portable wheelchair lift that makes a lot of noise and moves very slowly. That said, the room itself is much more satisfying, with a smart TV and noticeably better cleanliness.

The hotel is located inside, not on the main road in the mall area, but it's not difficult to get to. It's close to all the surrounding malls, Tofu, and Pratunam, all within walking distance. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. The bathroom is clean. The rooms are standard size. The most important amenities are luggage storage and a luggage scale. :D Recommended for those planning to visit Bangkok.

We went to the wrong branch hotel "Ascella Pratunam", not Ascella Bangkok 😂, but they offered to take us to go to Ascella Bangkok with hotel's car, so we didnt need to walk. Luckily it's have a same owner, different branch and place. The service is good, the people are nice. Thankyou so much for the hospitality 🙏
