Bad experience! This is the first time I want to try stay at homestay in Chiangmai. But this made me disappointed a lot! I have booked the room with window and paid for this room with promotion code. When reached I date I had to check in, they said that no rooms I have booked. My booking was duplicated with the others. And they said this is the fault of the agency.

The owner is kind, not far from Tha Phae Gate. and Warorot Market But unfortunately the air conditioner is a bit loud. Some days, the room above was walking loudly. But overall it's okay, the location is good.

Pros: near Tha Phae Gate Close to many attractions, beautiful room, lovely tower owner, good service, friendly. Disadvantages: not soundproof, shared bathroom (before booking, we didn't know that it was a shared bathroom. He's not wrong, we're wrong for not looking carefully.)
