The receptionist and bellboys are very good. The room is clean but has a musty smell, especially in the bathroom. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to buy food or other things besides the hotel services. Overall, it is okay. It is not far from the airport.

There is no power outlet at the bedside. You have to charge it at the door. In the bathroom, water drips from above and splashes on your head. It seems like it has been like this for a long time. It has become a water stain and rust stain. They don't think about fixing it. Most importantly, the picture is very different from the real room. ***My own experience is staying here.

It's chaotic. It's like everyone has to give in to her. The information is all wrong. It doesn't matter if other equipment is broken or damaged, but I want people to have more service mind.

There was an additional charge for booking and payment with Traveloka, which was already booked and paid for according to the number of guests. It was stated that there would be additional and better service, but... it was normal. I didn't receive anything additional. I didn't feel any different from before.
