I mean, I booked the hotel without knowing it's a tourist area. But everything was fine, quiet. First, they got me a room with a small TV, but then they agreed to give me a room with a bigger TV. I needed to deposit 1000 Baht due to policies, but I needed the Baht back and they happily switched it into USD for me. To be honest, the hotel isn't worth 4 stars. More like 3 stars-ish. But cheap and affordable for the great location (Center Bangkok). But the staff was so helpful and offered us the best they had. I was so happy with the staff.

The staff are friendly, the room is very clean. It was a stay that exceeded expectations. Most of the guests were foreigners, probably Indians, but there was no problem with the smell. The room was very clean. The only disadvantage of this hotel is that there is not much parking space. If you come to stay with a private car, it may not be convenient. I will definitely go back to stay again. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff provides good service. I am really impressed.

We booked a so called Deluxe room. The room was old and it lacked maintenance. The Deluxe accommodation (and the Deluxe Price we payed) had only backpackers Hostel Quality. Breakfast was poor, staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. You should better book a very cheap hostel.

The hotel looks old and especially from the hotel lobby to inside my room it seems smelly and my room toilet gets cracked so much. Honestly, their maintenance is not so good.

Not have much car park and too busy lobby. Look clean but the room was too old and not clean. Can smoke in the room. Not good for people who do not smoke because it smells too much and the aircon is loud. We slept, the first night on the bed had bedbug bit my husband.
