Already booked and paid, and already informed that check-in was requested at 5 am, but it must be our own fault for not calling to check with the accommodation again. When asked to check-in and stay at 5 am The security officer said that he could not stay because it was not check-in time and the owner did not inform that someone stayed and did not give the key. Causing us to find a new accommodation at 5 am And the accommodation did not call or call to show responsibility in any way
