The hotel is cozy, everything is very clean. The room is given 2 bottles of mineral water per day and comes with 2 more packages of coffee, which is very thoughtful. Most of the staff can say that she understands basic English. At checkin, a deposit of 300bath will be paid and returned at checkout. The area near Pratunam night market is about 10 minutes walking, convenient for going out at night. Walking distance to BigC and CentralWorld is not too far, about 15 minutes, also near BTS Chitlom station. If you don't mind walking to amusement parks, metro stations, then this is an ideal place to stay.

Friendly staff, given a room with large windows, comfortable and clean bed. Clean bathroom. Breakfast with a delicious and varied home menu. Impressed by the friendly and kind staff. Next will stay here again. Thank you

The staff was enthusiastic. I checked in late because my flight was delayed at 1am. There was still staff to do the check-in and they were very happy. When I ran out of Thai baht to borrow from the receptionist, they were very happy to help. However, the soundproofing of the room needs to be improved more, the room lock has a problem when the card is easily broken, I have to wait more than 3 minutes to enter the room. Everything else is fine and great.

Location of hotel is not too bad, about 10min walk to train station and is not on a very busy street. The staff are pretty friendly. They also allow me to do an early check in. Overall a pretty good budget hotel.

The staff is very very helpful, I gave their service 5 stars. They will immediately help you to carry things or just as simple as tap the elevator button. They can lend you a selotipe/a weight scalling. The toiletries is very sufficient. But the cons is the room has full window view so it is hotter in the day, also the lighting of the room is quite dark, the shower is hard to operate.

The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Room service was doing his/her job very good. Hotel position near foods and bank. If you want to travel by bus, local train, grab, you don't have to worry. You can also walk 900 m to centralwOrld and enjoy Bangkok! The breakfast taste is good, however hotel need to change the menu for once in two days I think. I stayed 5d 4n and I got same menus every morning.

Good hotel, I want to give 10 star but only 5 star available, this hotel very clean and every day they clean the room and give 2 bottles water every day and everyday change new towel and give shampoo and shower gel and soap and the staff also have good attitude, thank you so much for this hotel and thank you to all staff, will come back again next time ⬇ thank you 🙏.
